What can I customize?
Discuss formula development, shades, containers, logo application and packaging. Options depend on the product and are confirmed through technical review, quotation and sample approval.
What is your minimum order quantity?
For acrylic powder: 100 mixed-color 1 oz jars, or 1 kg for bulk supply. Color allocation and packing details are confirmed before ordering. Custom formulas, colors and packaging may have different minimums. Send your specification for confirmation.
Are samples free, and when can they ship?
Samples are generally free; the customer pays shipping costs. Samples can generally be dispatched within 3–5 days, depending on availability and specification. Custom-developed samples may require a separately agreed schedule.
What is the bulk order lead time?
Bulk orders generally take 7–14 days. The actual schedule depends on quantity, product selection and packaging. We confirm the schedule for each order, including required sample and artwork approvals. Shipping transit time is additional.
Which documents can you provide?
We can provide product-specific SDS/MSDS and applicable SGS test reports, and discuss documentation support for EU CPNP notification and US FDA/MoCRA requirements. Customers preparing to order halal nail polish can request the latest halal certificate and review its scope. Availability and relevance are confirmed for the selected product, formula and market.
How do I start my order?
Send your destination country, sales channel, product, shades, quantity, container size and packaging requirements. We will recommend samples and confirm the quotation. Before production, agree the specification, approved samples, artwork and schedule. For EU orders, share your Responsible Person’s documentation and labeling requirements; for US orders, share your applicable labeling and MoCRA requirements.
